How we handle your data.

If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name, budget range and project details you enter. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

We also collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (page views, country, device type) through Vercel Analytics. These do not use cookies and cannot identify you, which is why this site has no cookie banner.

Solely to read and reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of what was discussed if it becomes a project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest — you contacted us about work, and we need your details to answer.

We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share them for advertising.

Enquiries are delivered by email through Resend, and this site is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf and may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. No one else receives your information.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Where we do work together, we keep project correspondence for six years after the final invoice, which is the period HMRC requires for business records.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email hello@studio48.design and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
