Services
Five things, done properly, by the people who will actually do them. Every site is designed and coded for the business — no themes, no page builders, no site that looks like ten others in your town.
Editorial, considered interfaces with a point of view. We design for attention and for outcomes, not for a template gallery.
Fast, resilient front-ends built the modern way. Clean code, accessible by default, easy for your team to run.
The visual language that makes a site feel inevitable. Type, colour and tone that hold up everywhere, not just the homepage.
Beautiful is table stakes. We ship sites that load instantly and get found, with the metrics to prove it.
We don't disappear at launch. Once the site is signed off and live, you move onto Care — hosting, domain and reasonable amends, with someone still looking after the work.
In practice
Search work is the easiest thing in this industry to charge for and never do. So here is the list, and you can hold us to it — every item is included in a build rather than sold as an ongoing mystery.
Claimed or created, with the right primary category, service areas, hours and photos. This is what decides the local map pack, and it matters more than the website for "near me" searches.
The same trading name, locality, hours and phone number on the site, in the structured data and on the profile. Inconsistency here is the most common reason a local business does not rank.
LocalBusiness, service, offer and FAQ markup, asserting only what a visitor can also read. No invented reviews or ratings — that is a manual-action risk, not a shortcut.
A verified property in your own Google account, the sitemap submitted, and the first indexing requests made. You keep the access.
Measured on a mid-range phone, not a desktop on fibre. Layout stability, real image sizing and fonts that do not reflow the page after load.
Prices, coverage and answers stated as plain extractable text, plus /llms.txt, /llm.txt and markdown twins of every page. Increasingly people ask an assistant for a recommendation rather than a search engine, and that requires being quotable.
A one-off build, then Care at £50 a month. Prices exclude VAT. Nothing else to buy after launch.
Not sure which of these you need? That is a normal place to start — describe the problem and we will tell you which of the five actually applies. Replies within one working day.
